CANCELLATION POLICY

Children Free Appointments Children cannot be accommodated during your appointment. 10 Minute Grace Period If you're running late please notify your esthetician at 262-744-2910. If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment will need to be rescheduled. Card On File All appointments scheduled are required to have a credit or debit card saved on file. No Show Fee Failure to show up to your appointment will result in 100% charge of the service scheduled to the card on file. Rescheduling Appointments If you need to reschedule your appointment please do so 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you need to cancel your rescheduled appointment at any time, 50% of the service booked will be charged to the card on file. Cancelling Appointments If you need to cancel your appointment please do so 24 hours prior to your appointment. 50% of the service booked will be charged for all same day cancellations. Returns and Refunds All sales on services, products, packages, cancellations and no show charges, and deposits are non-refundable or eligible for exchange. Weather Cancellations If I am able to make it into work, the 24 hour cancellation policy still stands.
